About the project

“Takahuli” is a Georgian neo-bistro in Kyiv that offers a modern and unconventional take on traditional Georgian cuisine. The main idea behind the project was to make Georgian cuisine lighter and more contemporary while preserving its character, vibrant flavors, and distinctive identity. This is reflected both in the menu and the presentation of the dishes, as well as in the overall visual style of the project. The concept proved to be very popular and ensured a consistently high flow of guests to the restaurant.

6. 06The kitchen staff has been assembled and trained.
7. 07The kitchen's technological and operational processes have been developed.
8. 08Comprehensive preparation and project launch were carried out.
