Manga Sushi is a Kyiv-based sushi concept featuring contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine and a significant focus on delivery. The concept is based on a modern take on sushi and Pan-Asian cuisine, featuring unconventional combinations, original dishes, and vibrant presentations.

Project delivery

What was done:

1. 01A culinary concept for the project has been developed.
2. 02A conceptual menu featuring sushi and Pan-Asian cuisine has been created.
3. 03Unique dishes, flavor combinations, and creative presentations have been developed.
4. 04The kitchen layout has been designed with a high volume of takeout orders in mind.
5. 05Kitchen technology has been developed, and the main production processes have been established.
6. 06A team has been formed and trained.
7. 07Product quality standards have been established for both the restaurant and delivery services.
8. 08Comprehensive preparation and project launch were carried out.
