Guramma Italiana

About the project

Guramma Italiana is a premium Italian restaurant in downtown Kyiv, built around classic Italian cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and an open kitchen as an integral part of the dining experience. The concept placed special emphasis on food display cases and open gastronomic areas: dry-aging refrigerators, antipasti, fresh produce, and kitchen demonstration areas, all of which became part of the guest experience. The project was launched in collaboration with an Italian chef and has become a successful restaurant in the premium segment.

Project delivery

What was done:

1. 01A culinary concept for the restaurant has been developed.
2. 02The kitchen staff has been assembled and trained.
3. 03Arrangements were made to bring in an Italian chef and collaborate on launching the project.
4. 04A conceptual Italian menu has been developed.
5. 05The functional layout of the kitchen has been designed.
6. 06A large number of open-concept kitchen and dining areas have been created.
7. 07Grocery display cases, dry-aging refrigerators, and antipasto stations have been set up.
8. 08The product demonstration has been developed as an important part of the restaurant's concept and visual identity.
