Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
We collect only what you type into the project brief or send us directly: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the country and city of your project, its type, stage, budget range, planned launch window, the services you are interested in, your description of the project, and your preferred date, time and time zone for a consultation. We do not collect special categories of data and we do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we use it
The data is used to reply to your enquiry, to prepare and hold the first consultation, and to propose a format of cooperation. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing newsletters without a separate request from you.
Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the brief, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.
Where it goes
A submitted brief is delivered to our company email inbox and duplicated to a private internal Telegram chat so that the team can react quickly. These are the email delivery provider and Telegram Messenger, acting as technical processors. The data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted within 24 months. If cooperation begins, the data is retained for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by the applicable accounting and tax rules.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to yurchyshyn.chef@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Submissions are validated on the server, protected against automated spam and transmitted to our inbox and internal chat over encrypted channels. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who work on them.
