About the project

Not Only Fish is a contemporary Nikkei restaurant in Kyiv, based on a fusion of Japanese and Latin American culinary traditions. International culinary experience played a key role in the project: menu development and the search for inspiration took place, in particular, in Hong Kong, and prior to the project’s launch, the team completed internships abroad and worked with international restaurant professionals.

What was done:

4. 04Some of the work on the menu and conceptual ideas took place in Hong Kong.
5. 05International culinary expertise and the solutions identified were adapted for the project's implementation in Kyiv.
6. 06Gastronomic collaborations and special events featuring renowned international chefs have been organized.
7. 07A collaboration was carried out with Virgilio Martínez, one of the most renowned figures in contemporary Latin American gastronomy.
8. 08A special dinner was organized with Hakkasan's renowned executive chef.
