About the project
QUEEN is a large-scale, premium restaurant and entertainment project that brings together several dining concepts - a restaurant, lounge, nightclub, and karaoke venue-under one roof. It features a multi-level space with multiple kitchens and a complex operational infrastructure.
Project delivery
Development and launch of the culinary component of projects in Kyiv, Odesa, and Astana: designing professional kitchens for various concepts and formats, developing menus and operational processes, and building and managing large teams of chefs. Significant work was done to elevate the brand’s culinary standards: numerous tastings and trials, special menus and collaborations, organizing culinary evenings with international chefs and Michelin-starred chefs, as well as the participation of renowned figures from the global restaurant industry. The project evolved not merely as a restaurant, but as a major international-level culinary and entertainment platform.
