About the project
QUEEN is a large-scale, premium restaurant and entertainment project that brings together several dining concepts - a restaurant, lounge, nightclub, and karaoke venue-under one roof. It features a multi-level space with multiple kitchens and a complex operational infrastructure.
Project delivery
Development and launch of the culinary aspects of projects in Kyiv, Odesa, and Astana: designing professional kitchens for various concepts and formats, developing menus and operational processes, and building and managing large teams of chefs. Significant effort was devoted to elevating the brand’s culinary standards: numerous tastings and trials, special menus and collaborations, organizing culinary dinners with international and Michelin-starred chefs, as well as engaging renowned figures from the global restaurant industry. The project evolved not merely as a restaurant, but as a major international-level culinary and entertainment platform.
