About the project
MIYA is a premium Greek taverna that first opened in Kyiv and later expanded to Dubai. It is a successful restaurant concept operating in two international locations.

- 01The restaurant’s name and overall concept have been developed.
- 02A conceptual menu based on modern Greek cuisine has been created.
- 03The operational aspects of the kitchen have been developed: planning, selection, and layout of professional equipment.
- 04The kitchen team has been assembled and trained.
- 05The presentation of dishes and the visual appeal of the food have been refined.
- 06A large collection of unique, handcrafted tableware has been developed specifically for the MIA concept.
- 07Comprehensive preparations for the restaurant’s opening and launch have been completed.
