EVA ESTEPONA

About the project

EVA Estepona is a large-scale Mediterranean restaurant on the Costa del Sol, inspired by modern Greece. Its private beach, pool, and dining area - which can accommodate up to 600–700 guests at a time - are combined into a single lifestyle concept. At its core are modern Greek cuisine, a striking interior, open dining areas, and meticulous attention to detail - from the ingredients and presentation to the handcrafted tableware.

Project delivery

What was done:

1. 01A conceptual menu featuring modern Greek cuisine has been developed.
2. 02A large open kitchen was designed and built to accommodate up to 600–700 guests at a time.
3. 03The kitchen and production processes have been carefully designed to handle the high volume of a large restaurant complex.
4. 04A local team has been formed and trained in Spain.
5. 05A collection of handmade tableware has been designed and curated specifically for the gastronomic concept.
6. 06Open-concept food stations have been incorporated into the restaurant's interior.
7. 07A full-scale culinary and operational launch of a major project on the Costa del Sol has been completed.
