Tysha — Emily Resort

About the project

TYSHA is a countryside restaurant located on the grounds of Emily Resort near Lviv. It features a modern gastronomic concept centered around an open fire, a wood-fired oven, a grill, and high-quality local ingredients. A separate section of the menu is dedicated to fish, seafood, and crudo.

Project delivery

What was done:

1. 01A conceptual menu has been developed with a focus on open flames, a wood-fired oven, the grill, and fish and seafood.
2. 02A large open-air summer kitchen with a separate grill area was designed and built.
3. 03The core project team has been formed.
4. 04We have established relationships with key suppliers and selected products that align with the restaurant's concept.
5. 05The tableware has been selected, and a visual concept for serving the dishes has been developed.
