About the project

Frou Frou Dubai is a premium French brasserie in Dubai. The concept combines classic French cuisine with a modern, luxurious presentation, an open kitchen, display cases showcasing ingredients, and attention to detail - from the ingredients to the vintage tableware.

Project delivery

What was done:

1. 01A conceptual menu of contemporary French cuisine has been developed, drawing on French classics and premium ingredients.
2. 02An open kitchen and food display cases have been created, which have become part of the restaurant's visual design.
3. 03An international team of chefs and cooks from France, Europe, and Ukraine has been assembled.
4. 04A pool of strategic suppliers has been established, and a framework for working with key products has been put in place.
5. 05We have curated a collection of vintage tableware and serving pieces that complement the character and aesthetic of Frou Frou.
6. 06Key kitchen processes have been established, and the project has been fully launched in Dubai.
