About the project

La Baia Dubai is an Italian restaurant and beach club inspired by the atmosphere of the Amalfi Coast. With Mediterranean cuisine, fresh fish and seafood, a private beach, and a pool, this project was conceived as a full-fledged lifestyle destination that captures the spirit of the Italian coast right here in Dubai.

Project delivery

What was done:

1. 01A conceptual menu inspired by the cuisine of the Amalfi Coast has been developed.
2. 02The kitchen was designed with numerous open food preparation areas integrated into the restaurant space.
3. 03Ice displays and eye-catching showcases featuring fresh fish and seafood have been installed as part of the project's visual concept.
4. 04An international team has been formed, and a framework for working with key suppliers has been established.
5. 05The project was fully developed and launched in Dubai - from the culinary concept and cuisine to the restaurant’s day-to-day operations after opening.
