Frou Frou Marbella

About the project

Frou Frou Marbella is a Mediterranean restaurant whose cuisine blends the culinary traditions of Southern Europe’s most vibrant coastlines - from the Amalfi Coast and the French Riviera to Spain and the Mediterranean islands. The concept is built around light, resort-style cuisine, vibrant ingredients, an open kitchen, and the atmosphere of a European coastline. This large-scale restaurant can accommodate up to 350–400 guests and is designed to serve approximately 250–300 people at a time.

Project delivery

What was done:

1. 01A conceptual menu has been developed that brings together the cuisines of Italy, France, Spain, and the Mediterranean islands.
2. 02A large open kitchen was designed and built as the centerpiece of the culinary concept.
3. 03Key culinary concepts, dishes, and presentation ideas for the project have been developed.
4. 04A collection of branded tableware has been created exclusively for Frou Frou Marbella.
5. 05An international project team has been formed.
6. 06The restaurant's dining area was designed to accommodate high volume and seat up to 250–300 guests at a time.
7. 07Further management of the project's culinary aspect was carried out after its launch.
