Queen Country Club

About the project

Queen Country Club is a large-scale suburban restaurant complex near Kyiv that features a restaurant, a private pool, a beach area, and extensive grounds surrounded by forest. The facility is designed to seat approximately 700–800 guests at a time and to host large-scale events and concerts with up to 3,000 attendees. The culinary concept combines European, Ukrainian, and Asian cuisines and is tailored to accommodate large numbers of guests and high peak volumes.

Project delivery

What Was Done:

1. 01A culinary concept for the complex has been developed.
2. 02An extensive menu has been created that combines European, Ukrainian, and Eastern cuisines.
3. 03A kitchen operational model has been developed to accommodate up to 700–800 guests at a time.
4. 04Kitchen workflows have been designed to support large events and concert days.
5. 05A large kitchen staff has been assembled and trained.
6. 06Standards have been developed for food preparation, serving, and service organization during periods of high volume.
7. 07Comprehensive preparations were made, and the restaurant portion of the project was launched.
